Camela Spritz
50 ml CamelaTop up with sparkling wine (alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Orange
Pour Camela into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of orange.

10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
Top up with soda water

20 ml lime juice
Top up with ginger beer

50 ml Camela
Top up with ginger ale
Garnish: Orange zest
Oriental Negroni
30 ml Camela
30 ml gin
30 ml sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange zest

Ricordino Spritz
50 ml RicordinoTop up with sparkling wine (alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Lemon & rosemary
Pour Ricordino into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add rosemary if you like.
Ricordino Collins
50 ml Ricordino20 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
Top up with soda water
Garnish: Lime & basil
Shake all ingredients except soda with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with a piece of lime and add basil if you like.
Rico Mule
50 ml Ricordino20 ml lime juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Lime & thyme
Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball or tumbler glass. Garnish with a piece of lime and add thyme if you like.

50 ml RicordinoTop up with tonic water
Garnish: Lemon & rosemary
Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add rosemary if you like.

30 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Lime & basil
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with a piece of lime and add basil if you like.
Rico Lemon Sorbet
40 ml RicordinoTop up with sparkling wine
1 scoop of lemon sorbet
Garnish: Lemon
Place a scoop of lemon sorbet into a coupe glass. Add the liquid ingredients and garnish with a piece of lemon.
